Payments

All payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store full credit card details.
Payment Timing & Order Processing
- Orders will not be dispatched or shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.
- Placing an order or authorizing payment does not guarantee fulfilment until payment is confirmed.
- These terms apply to all products and services, including standard and pre-order items—unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-Payment & Cancellations
If payment is not received within 7 calendar days of order confirmation:
- We reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice
- Any supplier costs, restocking fees, or administrative charges may be deducted from any refund issued
- We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before cancellation
Shipping
At Earthbless, we aim to make every delivery smooth, reliable, and well-communicated.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Fulfilment begins within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Timeframes
- Australia: 2–8 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times can vary slightly depending on location and customs processing
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Shipping Notes
- If customs processing causes any delays, we’ll keep you updated.
- Deliveries may require a signature. If you prefer, you can arrange “Authority to Leave” directly with the carrier.
- Free shipping is available once your order meets the minimum spend threshold, which is $130 for Australian orders and $200 for International order.
